This student workbook edition of the Learning the Basics of New Testament Greek is a study-aid supplement to the textbook edition of the same name by Dr. George Hadjiantoniou. Full of exercises aimed towards enriching study of the Koine Greek language, this workbook will enhance the student's Greek vocabulary memorization and refresh his knowledge of grammar rules. By acquiring a basic knowledge of Koine Greek, the student will also receive a deeper understanding of the Word of God.

The material in this workbook was compiled by P J Bell and based upon concepts taught in Dr. Hadjiantoniou's textbook. All answers to the exercises can be found in the corresponding lessons in the textbook grammar.

For this second edition of the student workbook, a major revision has taken place under the editorial direction of Dr. James H. Gee, who also did extensive editorial work on the textbook grammar. This text for this updated edition has also been redesigned for easier study.

About the Author:

Dr. George Aristotle Hadjiantoniou (1904-1995) was born in Smyrna, Asia Minor, in 1904. He graduated from law school at the University of Athens, Greece, and practiced law for ten years. Later, he furthered his education at the Theological College of Cambridge University of England, and then the University of Edinburgh, earning a Ph.D. in church history. Dr. Hadjiantoniou pastured churches in England, Greece, and Canada; wrote more than twenty-five books in Greek, some of which have been translated into English, French, and African languages. He had worked on numerous Bible reference and church history projects.
