Statement from AMG Publishers
General.
AMG Publishers collects personal information only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you. When we collect this information from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting it to us in order to participate in activities like surveys, forums, chats or bulletin boards, contests, subscription registrations, content or suggestions you submit to us, chats or bulletin boards, or because you want us to furnish you with products, services or information. On those occasions when we obtain your information from a third party, we use only reputable sources of such information.
Purchasing products from AMG Publishers' webstore.
We are pleased to offer our customers access to direct purchases from AMG Publishers through our webstore. Within our site, you will find access to purchasing products by clicking on the available links within the individual product information page. There are other options provided for you to purchase from other companies outside of AMG Publishers. Once you click on those links, you will have a new window opened for your access to that company's services; however, you will still be able to access the AMG Publishers' site simultaneously. Products on our webstore are available and in stock. If the item is shown as backordered or unavailable, you will not be charged and may contact through our email address below to inquire on the status of product availability.
We encourage any customer who makes a purchase through the AMG Publishers' webstore to print out an order confirmation before exiting the site. For these purchases, AMG Publishers accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and DiscoverCard. Note for international orders: Credit card merchants cannot convert transaction amounts into a different currency. Equivalent amounts in other currencies may be shown, but they must be clearly labeled as being listed for information only. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once you are charged for the requested products through the webstore, the order will ship within 24 hours of the receipt of funds. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within the 24 hour period following the confirmation of your order.
The following is the current returns policy for our products (effective February 18, 2008):
- All returns must be clean and in resalable condition, free of any labels or stickers.
- Return Shipments must include a copy of the original AMG invoices or packing slip. (Returns without an invoice number will be credited at 40% of retail price.)
- All returning products must be on our current order form.
- Refused returns will either be destroyed or shipped back at the sender’s expense. AMG reserves the right not to issue credit nor ship back any ineligible returned items, including other supplier’s product sent to us in error.
- No boxes/cartons over 50 lbs will be accepted. Note: For your protection, returns should be shipped via a traceable means (e.g. UPS or FedEx) or if shipped Parcel Post, the insured. AMG will assume no responsibility for lost returns or damaged in shipment.
- Products damaged in shipping should be returned within 30 days of invoice. Call or email customer service for instructions.
- Please allow 30 days from receipt of return for processing.
