Sarah Howell has a special calling to serve women. She has directed women’s Bible studies in Phoenix, Arizona and in Atlanta, Georgia. Her passion for God’s Word that was sparked through these studies ignited her pursuit to eventually teach God’s Word and write Bible study curriculum. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree from Lee University. While studying at Lee and foundering in her dating life, Sarah become enamored with Song of Solomon 4:9, “You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes.” It was through this scripture she realized for the first time that she was a “heart stealer.” Knowing that she had stolen her Savior’s heart changed her life forever. This verse has inspired her to write books for women in the Heart Stealers Bible Studies series for AMG Publishers.
In 1995, Sarah was caught stealing again. This time, she stole the heart of her husband, Sonny Howell. Over the past ten years of their marriage, they have ministered to youth, young couples, and young adults in Tennessee, Arizona, and Georgia. Currently, Sarah and her husband reside in Columbus, Georgia with their three young daughters: Lauren, Abby, and Leah. They serve on staff at CrossPointe Church in Fortson, Georgia, where Sarah is actively involved in the women’s ministry. |
